I love empowering women to believe what is true, let go of what is false, open their hearts to healing and truly regain the joy of living a life of freedom.

From 2015-2018, I was the Content Director for IF:Equip and wrote several topical studies including woman of the Bible, discipleship, European church history, the Nicene Creed, how to study your Bible, a study on justice and many more. I love creating content and communicating truth through writing or speaking.

After my son Caleb passed away in 2019, writing became an outlet for my grief. With each tear-stained word, healing blossomed. Writing allows a space to pour out my honest thoughts and emotions. Our "deal with things quickly to move on" culture is not conducive for grief and lament. In the same way writing helped me walk the path of loss, I hope my words encourage others to lean into their grief and find as much healing as possible.
